About Lucia P. Bice
her story
Lucía Paulina Bice is the founder of LucíaPBice Books (LPBB), where she combines a decade of English teaching experience with a passion for creativity and empowerment. She holds a bachelor's in English Studies and a master’s in e-Learning and Social Networks, graduating with honors. Originally from Argentina, she’s now based in Texas, where she teaches at Texas State Technical College. Lucía lives with her loving husband of over ten years and a house full of rescued pets. She is also a domestic abuse survivor and the current Queen of Perlas and Tiaras 2024.
As a self-published author and illustrator, Lucía has released nearly 50 activity and coloring books since 2021, officially relaunching her brand in July 2024. Her bold, heartfelt designs reflect her belief in the healing power of art, language, and play. With over 1,000 books sold locally and online, she continues to grow her creative business through vendor events, custom merch, and a thriving online community. Whether teaching, designing, or dancing (she’s also a licensed Zumba instructor), Lucía infuses every project with kindness, color, and unstoppable passion.
Constantly evolving, she also continues to explore new formats and ideas to innovate, inspire, and expand her colorful universe.

In my “cute and creepy” universe, a touch of darkness meets a lot of personality. I create kawaii-style and pastel goth scenes filled with playful monsters, stitched dolls, pastel ghosts, and retro gothic charm; all bold, easy, and relaxing to color. My creepy art stays lighthearted and expressive, blending vintage aesthetics with imaginative worlds where even the eerie feels endearing. These pages celebrate individuality, imperfection, and the joy of coloring something both beautiful and delightfully strange.
